New RMA Online Portal

To simplify repairs and process them even faster, we are now offering a new online portal for registering returns. You can also track the current status of your return via the new portal. This is updated after each processing step.

The communication with you is completely e-mail based - from the confirmation including the return form, the cost estimate, up to the invoice. In addition, the online portal also offers the possibility to upload photos and warranty documents, to prove a warranty case, for example.

Of course, we wish that a complaint case never occurs to your product, but if it does, please use our new RMA online portal.
